Large 18ct yellow gold leaf brooch with white gold stem and textured finish.  Set with a small sapphire, emerald and ruby.  Gold hinge pin and roll over safety catch and stamped 750 K18 on the back and having a full import hallmark dating the piece as London 2004.  Measuring 75mm x 13mm.  Weight 5.54g.
